The Shelby County Arts Council has announced the winners of their annual Fences on Parade contest. Chelsea Park Elementary School took the grand prize for Best in Show.
The elementary winners were: first place, Valley Elementary; second place, Oak Mountain Elementary; third place, Montevallo Elementary; and honorable mention, Meadow View Elementary.
Middle school winners were: first place, Columbiana Middle, second place, Thompson Middle; third place, Calera Middle; and honorable mention, Riverchase Middle.
High school winners were: first place, Shelby County High; second place, Oak Mountain High; third place, Chelsea High; honorable mention, Vincent High.
